A time to meet
Thinking of building? At Rossmark we are experts in the housing industry. Our consultations involve meeting you, assessing your situation and determining what the best option is for you. We don’t just build; we advise. This enables you to make an informed and rational decision.
Design my Home
Designs are undertaken upon your request; we will use your budget as a tool to design a home that suits your requirements and circumstance. A small investment is charged for your customised design.
Presentation
We will call when your design is complete (generally within 2 weeks) and arrange a time to present the proposal in the comfort of your home.
Amendments
We will tailor all aspects of the proposal to meet your approval.
Lodgement and Approval
Once we have your approval, we prepare all architectural drawings and details, submit them to the relevant authorities and obtain the necessary approvals on your behalf in a timely manner. (On average this process takes between 8 to 14 weeks depending on your municipality).

After we have obtained the relevant approvals and completed required documentation we are ready to build; we will work with you to ensure that you are satisfied every step of the way. We have developed, through many years of experience, a construction process that ensures that the client is part of the project and can truly enjoy the experience.
