To design a home that offers a functional spacious second floor while renovating the existing floor plan and integrate to the outdoor space.

An inspiring space was created on both levels an open study overlooking the lounging space and valley views completing the master suite at first floor level. The interior of the lower ground floor was reformatted to connect the interior to the exterior. The outdoor cooking station promotes an outdoor lifestyle ensuring constant use.
