So you have made your initial enquiry, and have perused the internet site or received an introductory kit, so, "what next?"
We will come to you and listen to your ideas, family needs, circumstance and offer our thoughts and suggestions that will help create a home that suits your requirements.

Designs are undertaken upon your request; we will use your budget as a tool to design a home extension that suits your requirements and circumstance. A small investment is charged for your customised design.

We will call when your design is complete (generally within 2 weeks) and arrange a time to present the proposal in the comfort of your home.

We will tailor all aspects of the proposal to meet your approval.

Once we have your approval, we prepare all architectural drawings and details, submit them to the relevant authorities and obtain the necessary approvals on your behalf in a timely manner. (On average this process takes between 8 to 14 weeks depending on your municipality).

After we have obtained the relevant approvals and completed required documentation we are ready to build; we will work with you to ensure that you are satisfied every step of the way.
