The Brief
Home renovations and refurbishment include renewing the existing roof covering, extending and renewing the rear terrace, installing a new bi-fold servery kitchen window and modifications to the landscape surrounds.
The Result
The Rossmark team designed a home renovation with a backyard oasis consisting of a new timber terrace that integrates indoor and outdoor living, creating a consistent design language from the kitchen, to the terrace and to the pool area providing a fabulous entertaining space.
A new roof system over the newly renovated timber terrace provides all year round use, with skylights providing additional solar access and architectural detail to the lining soffit. The landscape garden completes the rear transformation.

We engaged Rossmark Homes to design and build a new deck to the rear of our home, landscape the backyard and pool as well as replace our existing roof with a new colorbond roof.
