Design

Rossmark will design to your needs and circumstance while ensuring authority frame work and constraints are taken into consideration.

Authority Approvals

As part of our service, once we have your instruction to proceed, we prepare all architectural drawings and documents for lodgement to relevant authorities, acting on your behalf in pursuit of authority approvals. Read our blog on this topic.

Once relevant approvals have been obtained, we work with you to select the finishes of your build. The Rossmark process allows clients time to make decision while having access to professionals in all fields;
