Project

First Floor Addition and Renovation – Oatley, St George

Extensions

Oatley, St George   $350K - $550K
Mum, dad and 2 kids

The Brief

Extend the existing home to accommodate growing children ensuring consideration is given to the connection of the outdoor environment.

The Result

The project achieved brief and more. Rossmark designed a first floor addition that accommodates the growing children incorporating bedrooms, living space and amenity to the upper floor.
At ground floor Rossmark relocated the existing kitchen to the rear and opened the home to a new patio which connects to the large yard. The home addition and alterations have resulted in a floor plan that will cater for the family in years to come.

What the client said

We are loving the space!!!
