The Brief
Design and extension that accommodates a multi-generational family with accommodation that affords privacy as the family grows.
The Result
Rossmark designed and delivered an upper floor addition that accommodates the second generation on the upper level providing 2 bedrooms, bathroom, master bedroom robe, ensuite and study. The addition was carefully design to enable the children to dwell in their own wing and have access to their own bathroom facility. The stair accessing the second storey acts as centre piece dividing the wings of the additions. This enabled the creation of a true master suite; private airy and spacious. The stair was positioned centrally on the ground floor utilising unused space.
The over design of the addition integrates within the family and achieves all aspects of the brief.
