The Brief
Build and bring to life a concept and plan created by a colleague that provides bedrooms and study to the first floor, a more open ground floor plan that provides integration to the rear yard. Excavate underneath the house to form internal access to the existing double garage and much needed storage.
The Result
2 bedrooms and study are on the upper floor level with a deck for the Master taking in beautiful bay views and breeze. The ground floor has been remodelled allowing interaction with the outdoors and the laundry suitably placed to have a secondary use as a bar for those beautiful summer days. The basement excavation has enabled internal access to the garage along with a new storage room and cellar. The exterior speaks for itself. Another fantastic renovation and addition.
