The Brief
Looking to reconfigure and refurbish existing dwelling to ground floor, open up dining, living and kitchen.
It is fairly common to have the existing home divided into small rooms that typically each served one function only and do not relate to each other. This is not popular or in keeping with the modern lifestyle and living. It was a maze to get from one room to another. Additionally, in this case, there was no capacity in the budget to increase floor space towards the back yard.
The Result
Rossmark pays attention to the needs of our clients and works closely alongside them to come up with a scope that not only fulfills the needs but more importantly, fits in the budget. A significant reconfiguration of the Ground floor layout was key and Rossmark designed and created an open floor plan that is functional, inviting and perfect for entertaining family and friends. Additionally, circulation through the home was designed to have logical flow and all valuable floor area was used efficiently. Large stacker doors allowed the family to be able to embrace the outdoors as abundant light floods into the home. Lastly, careful consideration of the finishes like timber flooring, paint choices and kitchen colours contributed to a calming and comfortable home and would serve the family for years to come.

Rossmark did an absolute amazing transformation of our property, and we are absolutely in love with it. Essentially the process from design, through the build and subsequent post-build support was first class. We could not be happier with the experience and the outcome. Friends and family who walk into our home, are always so impressed. We tell so many people how good Rossmark were, and all this was made achievable because of them. Rossmark gave us our dream home, and to that we are so grateful. There is a lot to be said about being able to trust a building company. When you are undertaking a major renovation, it is important to know that the team you are working with are open, direct, approachable and of the highest quality. We found this with Rossmark from start to finish, and post-build support, they were excellent.
