The Brief
The scope included renovations to the lower rear living room, including a kitchen reconfiguration, renewal of an old pantry and refurbishing the connected outdoor patio.
The Result
Stage 3 of Rossmark’s master plan: A new kitchen, with Butler’s pantry concealed behind the staircase (which was built in late 2012, as part of Stage 1, leading to the first floor addition) and reconfiguration of the family room, including a new fireplace and refurbishment of the outdoor patio. The renovated home provides a great environment for day-to-day living and for entertaining family and friends. The outdoor kitchen is covered by a pitched terracotta roof and lined soffit sympathetic to the California bungalow period which is consistent with the home and local area.
