The Brief
Transform an original 1970’s interior to a modern open floor plan that had connection with the existing landscaped yard, providing building renovations help.
The Result
An engineering feat. The existing internal brick walls were removed and a structural maze of steel was installed to underpin the existing upper floor slab and masonry walls. Large bifold opening were created to bring the outdoors inside incorporating a large servery bench to the exterior. The interior was customized to accommodate particular pieces of furnishings that the client had selected. The gourmet kitchen can cater for the most fastidious cook while connecting with the general family space. The general floor plan is complimented by the richness of the select Jarrah flooring.
