The Brief
First floor with 3 bedrooms and combined three way bathroom, while blending in with the leafy landscape of the Oatley area.
The Result
First floor extension accommodating 2 bedrooms and a master bedroom integrating a walk-in robe and access to common bathroom. The staircase position enabled utilisation of existing bedroom which now function as a family study. Lower walls were removed to enable access to a beautiful outdoor alfresco area. An opening roof to the outdoor area allows control of the natural light and weather. The exterior of the building incorporates an integrated carport which balance the home along the horizontal. The existing lower storey was re clad to ensure a holistic façade was delivered.
