The Brief
To design an extension that didn’t destroy the existing rear deck, pergola and landscaping while accommodation their growing young adults.
The Result
The Rossmark team designed an upper storey extension consisting of 2 bedrooms, walk-in robe, shower room and living room, the living room being neatly position opposite the stair landing providing a lovely distant view and natural zoning to general bedroom accommodation.
The project encompassed ground floor alterations and renovations to the existing home, the stair position facilitates an easy to live with floor plan and a natural feature when moving through the home. The project construction time was 12 weeks minimising general disruption to a busy household.
