The Brief
To design a home that meet their long terms needs even if that meant not complete the total project now. Rossmark developed a master plan that enable the first floor to be built now resolving their immediate needs with the ground floor (stage2) be able to be completed in the future.
The Result
A great result, Rossmark was able to oversee the building of the first floor and resolve the immediate need while engineering a structural platform that enables the lower walls to be removed and a new floor plan established at a later date.
